We have been clients of your company since moving from Tasmania in 1981, and have been well satisfied with your service including promptness, courtesy and efficiency.

Last night after 9pm I had need to call your office/workshop, due to a complete power loss caused by a shut down on the clipsal safety residual current device. Nothing was too much trouble for your Robert in attempting to guide me through a series of checks and counter balances in an effort to locate the offending appliance.

The culprit was eventually isolated to a cordless Sunbeam 2 litre express plus, which was leaking water into the on/off switch.

We pay for service and should expect it, but it is extremely rare in finding after hours service today not by an answering or paging service, but a polite knowledgeable person who helped me find the solution to the existing problem at 10pm.

I would appreciate if you would convey my heartfelt thanks to Robert, and by me doing so in writing, assist you to evaluate individual performances within your company, and the public perception of the value added service on offer.

You may remember that I spoke with you on Monday morning and organised repairs to our hot water system and arranged to have our power board upgraded with a safety switch system.

I write to say that I was delighted with the prompt arrival of your technician, Shane and his efficiency and courtesy. He is a credit to your firm. His explanation of the work done and what we needed to know about the new safety system was clear and concise. This is consistent with what we have to come to expect from the few occasions in the past when we have had your technicians do other work for us.

I am writing to express appreciate for good service. My husband brought our dishwasher to your workshop Saturday previous, and collected it on Saturday of last weekend.

The machine is as clean as a whistle and operating perfectly. Satisfactory repairs have saved us the outlay on a new appliance, and I trust we will now have another 5 trouble free years out of this one.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with you service - especially the after hours service. Yesterday I was faced at 5.30pm with a problem of strong burning smells, that I couldn't locate. Your phone operator was very efficient and friendly and you had your electrician -Michael to my office within 30 minutes. Problem was solved within 30 minutes and I was able to be home by 7pm. I would like to recommend Scholz Electrical as an honest and reliable repairer who can take care of your electrical household items (e.g. refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, TVs, stereos, VCRs, vacuum cleaners and more).

After fast, friendly and efficient service in getting our vacuum cleaner serviced, I noticed they fixed dryers. Ours had recently stopped working and was more than a little surprised, when the lady suggested it could be just a belt and that I could possibly replace it myself, only needing to purchase the spare part. Taking off the back of the dryer, it all looked too complicated, so I took the machine in. They rang me about two days later to advise the motor had seized and would need to be replaced, but suggested it could be claimed as fusion under our home insurance. On checking with our insurance company, I found we were covered. As such, I contacted the helpful lady (Sue) at Scholz to let her know that we could progress with the repair. To my further amazement, the repairer suggested that it could be wiser to check if I could use the insurance money towards the purchase of a new dryer, rather than fixing our aging machine. Scholz are now preparing a report for the insurance company with no cost benefit on this job.

Outstanding customer service and congratulations to Scholz staff!! They may have done themselves out of work this time, but I will certainly be taking all my electrical repairs to them in the future, plus happily recommend this family business who have been in operation for over 35 years.
