We have been clients of your company since moving from Tasmania in 1981, and have been well satisfied with your service including promptness, courtesy and efficiency. Last night after 9pm I had need to call your office/workshop, due to a complete power loss caused by a shut down on the clipsal safety residual current device. Nothing was too much trouble for your technician in attempting to guide me through a series of checks and counter balances in an effort to locate the offending appliance.The culprit was eventually isolated to a cordless Sunbeam 2 litre express plus, which was leaking water into the on/off switch.We pay for service and should expect it, but it is extremely rare in finding after hours service today not by an answering or paging service, but a polite knowledgeable person who helped me find the solution to the existing problem at 10pm.I would appreciate if you would convey my heartfelt thanks to your technician , and by me doing so in writing, assist you to evaluate individual performances within your company, and the public perception of the value added service on offer.

These guys always do a great job, they know their stuff, they are friendly and you don't pay through the nose, I can highly recommend.
Michael, I would like to provide some feedback on Dave who did the inspection/measurements of our existing oven. My wife and I were very impressed with him. A laid back demeanour with a professional approach. It was a pleasure to meet him and subject to timing/schedules etc. we would be more than happy for him to do the installation.
Hello, I just wanted to write to say thank you for such great service. I called to book a job on Wednesday and the electrician was able to come the following day. Dave provided an honest review of the washing machine and because of his advice I was able to move on to purchasing a new machine. Dave was friendly and the information was honest and useful.Because a job was able to be booked so quickly, I was able to order a machine on Thursday and got it delivered Friday. So I didn’t have to miss out on any washing days. Really great service. Thanks.

Scholz supplied and installed our new smeg oven recently. Good price and professional service. I spoke to them over the phone a couple of times and they were helpful and friendly. I've recommended Scholz to a number of work colleagues. Well be back if we need electrical work to be carried out.
Hi Claire, thank you so much for your help with this – I ended up popping into an appliance store after my meeting yesterday morning and bought a MIELE machine, which MIELE technicians will also deliver and install. For your pricing policy purpose: their price for delivery, installation & disposal was $139 so you are pretty competitive – but it was easy to get it all organised directly in the store with one person, so I went ahead with them anyway. Your technician David is a really lovely guy and I’ll use your services in the future. Many thanks!
Yesterday afternoon we had a call out to our head office with a safety switch issue. I can’t remember the name of the electrician but as great service is something we value a lot at Spicers I wanted to give some feedback. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, approachable and professional. He was incredibly thorough in identifying the cause of the problem, fixing it, and also ensuring everything was safe for us moving forward.
